3. Products The products sold on the Rouge Cabosse site are numbered bottles of red wine. Each product is presented with a precise description (characteristics, price, availability).

The photographs and descriptions of the products are provided for information purposes only. Rouge Cabosse cannot guarantee a perfect representation of the products.

 

4. Prices All prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

Rouge Cabosse reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of validation of the order.

 

5. Order

5.1. Order process To place an order on https://RougeCabosse.fr, the customer must:

1. Select the desired products by choosing the number of the bottle(s).

2. Add the products to the basket.

3. Validate the basket and fill in the delivery and payment information.

4. Validate the order after accepting these T&Cs.

5.2. Validation of the order Once the order has been validated, the customer receives a confirmation email containing the details of the order. Rouge Cabosse reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of non-compliance with the T&Cs or a payment problem.

 

6. Payment Payment is made online on the site via the secure payment methods offered:

The order will be validated only after confirmation of payment.

 

7. Delivery

7.1. Delivery methods Rouge Cabosse offers the following delivery methods:

Delivery to a relay point.

Pick-up in store.

 

 

Delivery costs are calculated based on the number of bottles ordered and the delivery address. These costs are indicated when validating the basket.

 

7.2. Delivery times Delivery times are communicated when ordering and vary according to the destination. Rouge Cabosse undertakes to respect these deadlines as far as possible.

 

7.3. Receipt of the order The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon delivery. In the event of damage or missing products, the customer must immediately report this to the carrier and contact Rouge Cabosse within 48 hours.

 

8. Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons.

To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to contact@rougecabosse.fr with the following information:

Order number.

Products concerned.

The product must be returned intact and unopened, in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

9. Warranty The products sold by Rouge Cabosse benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.

 

10. Liability Rouge Cabosse cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the products or by their misuse.

 

11. Personal data The data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their data. For any request, contact: contact@rougecabosse.fr.

 

12. Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

If no agreement is reached, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
