The Audacity of a Unique Marriage between Wine and Cocoa Aromas

Since 2020, "Rouge Cabosse" has embodied a unique creation, the fruit of the passion of Olivier, a former chemist turned wine merchant, and his ambition to reinvent the wine experience.

This innovative project combines the subtle aromas of cocoa with the deep, elegant notes of a red wine from the Rhone Valley, for a result that surprises and enchants.
